Room is furnished as a sort of bed sitter, with double bed, wardrobe, sofa, TV, etc. Wireless broadband is always on.

Landlord is a gay professional guy, who works in London, so is not usually around daytimes in the week (although I do work from home once a week).

All mod cons, as they say - bathroom and separate shower with toilet, large dining room, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc. Cleaners visit fortnightly.

Would suit professional, prefereably gay guy, but not set in stone, just be friendly, sane and solvent!

There is a small black and white cat called Kizzy in residence as well...
