Hi there!

I'm a 25 year old professional female looking for someone to share a two bedroom property with in Mastrick.

The flat is a 15 minute drive from the city centre and is on a major bus route (just off the Langstract).

The flat is fully furnished and has 2 double bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchen (joined). Both bedrooms have huge mirrored wardrobes and there is great storage throughout the house.

Rent would be £350 per month, council tax around £80 and a share of the bills.

I work Mon-Fri so would usually chill in the evenings and I also have a second job at a gym where I pick up shifts most weekends. (I sometimes do quite early shifts at work so would look for a flatmate who is understanding and respectful).

I like to head into town on a Saturday night and chill with friends or on my own on school nights.

I'm tidy, friendly and up for a laugh.

I would like to share with a like-minded person of similar age.
