I'm a 24yr old female looking for a similar person to share my 2 bed flat. The flat is in Canton Cardiff (Fantastic Location) and therefore only a short walk into the city centre. There are shops, pubs, banks, buses (i. e. pretty much anything you could want) very near the flat. The flat is lovely, furnished, clean, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large kitchen/ lounge in nice small block of flats. The kitchen and lounge have everything you could need such as TV, sofa, microwave etc. There are no flats directly above or surrounding due to the building shape - so no noise etc from neighbours.
I have a pet bearded dragon in a tank but dont be concerned as he's very friendly, chilled out and cant roam freely around the flat!
I'm currently working shifts including evenings and weekends sometimes, due to this I'm looking for someone who is considerate of differing schedules. I am a clean, reliable, friendly, sociable person and would like someone who is also these things. When i'm not working I enjoy relaxing at home watching films, eating and drinking, socialising (but not constant partying), enjoy sports and reading. I'm mature for my age and would like someone in their 20s/30s.
