Well equipped room and own bathrooom available in lovely town-house in quiet area, 8 minute walk of Bournemouth town centre. Lots of storage with built in wardrobe and shelving. The house is on three floors and the available room and bathroom is on the lower floor that backs onto the garden. The only other room on this floor is the study which is used only occasionally so you are guaranteed lots of privacy.

This was my daughters bedroom so furnishings quite feminine! Room although double in size currently has a single bed.

The house is bright and spacious and well equipped with all mod cons - washing machine, tumble dryer, wi-fi, Virgin TV etc.

All bills included except telephone!

I am an easy going professional, working office hours but also tend to be out a lot in the evenings and weekends.

Ideally I would prefer a like minded tolerant housemate who is conscientious when it comes to keeping things clean and tidy around the house.
