We have a spare double bedroom in our refurbished house in Millbrook, Southampton. We are a homely couple, looking for a young professional person to rent our spare room to. The room is equipped with double glazing. Freeview television, radio, CD player, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and is newly decorated. There is gas central heating, with a thermostatically controlled radiator, so you can set your own temperature within the room. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet.

The house is located in Seafield Road, Millbrook in a quiet area 3 mins from junction 1 of the M271 / junction 3 of the M27.

We are offering the room at £375. 00 per calendar month. If you require the room on a weekly basis, then the charge would be £86. 50 per week. The rental includes all bills, but excludes the telephone. The first payment can be made in either cash or by Standing Order. No cheques please.
