Hi,

I'm looking for a lodger to rent my spare room on a short term or midweek basis. The room is a good sized double, with a large double fitted wardrobe, side drawers, shelves and a television. There is a large window that has views looking back towards the City center and Bay area. It's clean, light and spacious. There's a 10MB wireless connection throughout the apartment.

The flat is located at Victoria Wharf in the Sports Village. Close by there is the Olympic Pool (which has a gym) Morrisons, Asda's, Boots, Lidl, Starbucks, Frankie and Bennys and Harvester. The Sports Village links on to the Bay Link road so you're a 15 minute drive to the M4 or the City centre and less than 5 minutes from Mermaid Quay. There's also a bus route right outside with regular services into the city. There are a few parks locally and a Bay Walk that follows the water all are great for running. The development is gated with plenty of places to lock your bike up.

I'm a 26 year old Web Developer working in Cardiff. I'm easy going, clean and sociable, I like my privacy and respect other peoples. My past 2 lodgers have been people who where working in the City or within commuting distance for a few months and wanted an alternative to living in a hotel, and I think the room would ideally suit someone similar.

Rent is £450 a month that includes all bills (water, council tax, electricity, TV licence, maintenance, internet etc) I'm ideally looking at short term contracts and weekday only (weekday rent would be negotiable).
