Hello!

We have a small double room available with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and vanity unit/sink. The room has period features such as stripped & varnished wooden floor boards, dado rail and fireplace and is painted pale blue (you are welcome to re-decorate!)

There is also a modern bathroom with shower, downstairs cloakroom, newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, large living room, conservatory and South facing courtyard garden - perfect for BBQ's in the summer!! It is a quiet road with ample parking!

We are three young professionals, and we work hard but are also very socialable!

The road is located at the end of Albert Road, and is close to all the bars and shops Southsea has to offer. It is a 10 min walk to Fratton train station, and the uni bus picks up just before there.
