I have a room available in a large house with 2 friendly cats in a nice, quiet residential area near Fiveways and London Road station. I'm after an easy going, non-smoking, mature professional who likes small kids as my 2 daughters (aged 3 & 6) visit once a week on Sundays. I'm a male academic in my 30s but like to think I'm not stuck in the ivory tower!
