Lovely double room that gets all the afternoon sun.
You will be sharing with two professionals in their mid 20's (1 male, 1 female). Room is unfurnised, but for £50 I will leave the bed (super duper comfy!) wardrobe thing, shelves and bedside draws.
The apartment has one parking space we alternate, there is also loads of on street parking that is free.
Lounge is huge. Kitchen has all modern cons.
There is a free gym with a sauna within the apartment.
the bus stops outside the apartment and heads into town every 20 min, we are 200m away from the national express bus stop, and a 10 min walk to preston park station.
there is also a one off agency fee of £150 to be paid.
