we have a very large double room in a professional female house. The room has hardwood floors and neutral decor, it is unfurnished. The house is a big house is the Copnor/Northend area (nearer to copnor road). Its a 10 minute walk to northend shops and a 1 minute walk to copnor road, with aa co-op and a one stop a stones throw away. There are bus stops and train station within walking distance.
we have two goldfish and a kitten as pets. The house has a large kitchen/dinning room-with washer, fridge, table etc which leads on to a big garden. Downstairs there is a toilet and shower room and upstairs is a bathroom with a huge corner bath that you can practically swim in.
we rent the house from a landlord who lives round the corner and we pay rent weekly. The room available is 85-90 a week still to be confirmed by landlord but all bills are included in that.

Us girls that live here treat each other as friends not housemates, so were looking for someone to get along with and have stuff in common. our ages are 21, 21 and 22 :) 2 of us are carers and the other works in retail.
