We are currently a four person house hold seeking a replacement for a current house mate who is on a work experience placement next year. We are a generally calm, sociable but civilized collection of students, one studying Architecture, one Linguistics and one Mathematics at Newcastle University.
We're looking for somebody ideally who won't shy away from the rest of us and will feel comfortable living with us and getting to know us, as we have a laid back environment.
The flat is a good size and directly above a Londis in Jesmond, 7 minutes walk from the Universities and 10 minutes walk away from the centre and five minutes from the Jesmond bars.
The contract is September to September for a year, however there will be a room available for another year if you felt happy staying!
The land lord owns the shop downstairs so is easily contactable too and all problems are dealt with swiftly, which is one of the biggest perks of living here, we have never had any issues with them.
