Room is a good sized, carpeted double with new bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a decorative Victorian feature fireplace with small mantelpiece and double glazed window hung with white blackout curtains.

The house has a new fridge, freezer and washing machine – Sky TV and broadband.

Price per calendar month is £350, this is inclusive of water rates, TV licensel, SKY and broadband. Bills not included are gas, electricity council tax and telephone.

A permit for on street parking can be obtained, I believe this costs £60 per calendar year.

I have been a ‘renter’ for several years myself and know how difficult it is to find the right person to share with. I know also, how difficult it is to find somewhere that caters for a renter, but I think I have that covered. The room has a TV aerial point so you can watch TV, but I have also equipped the dining room as a living room, so that there are two downstairs social areas which means nobody feels confined to their rooms if they want to watch something different. I am easy going and like to be out and about, but would hopefully find someone to share a few dinners, drinks and nights out with; more of a housemate than a lodger really. I am quite house-proud and would like to find someone who likes to live somewhere nice and homely, who would take care with the place and is neat and tidy. But also, who likes a laugh.
