Bedroom is large, with a double bed, computer desk and chair, nice and light with a big window, and tons of storage space in fitted wardrobes.
There is a garden front and back. There is also space to store a bike in the shed in the back garden (which is secure as it locks, and can’t be seen from the street). It’s a nice sheltered space to hang out in nice weather.
Located in quiet cul-de-sac in Woodside (the street’s mostly occupied by families) about 30-40min walk into the centre of town, also several bus stops 2 mins away (on Great Northern Road and Clifton Road)
You’d be sharing with me (24 year old female professional) and my brother 22 year old male. We’d be looking for someone of a similar age, reasonably tidy and friendly, preferably not a student, or perhaps a mature student/post grad. Don’t mind if you smoke, but not in the house.
Rent is £325 per month including council tax, but other bills which are all shared by housemates (gas, electricity, phone/internet).The room is available from 1st May.
