The flat is modern (just over 3 years old) and conveniently situated less than 5 min from the tram stop and 15 min on the tram into town. The flat has Sky TV with Sky Sports and wireless broadband, and parking is available. The bedroom is wired up for digital TV, and contains a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair. It is newly decorated and carpeted. The bathroom, with shower, is shared between two, and there is also a large kitchen with all expected white goods including washing machine. There is also a dining room and a separate living room.

We are two females who would like to share with a fellow female professional, non-smoker. No pets please. We’re easy to live with and fairly tidy!
