I have a furnished double room to rent in Lonsdale Court flats, right next to West Jesmond Metro station and 2 minutes walk from Tesco and Osborne Road. I'm pretty easy to get along with, not a party animal but will usually be out at the weekend. I work about 9-6 during the week but don't normally sleep till midnight so there's no need to be deathly quiet.
The rent is £275 a month plus electric, internet, water and council tax. I'm not that fussy about age or gender of flatmate, as long as it's someone I get along with OK and washes up every once in a while.
