I am a 4th year medical student studying at Cardiff university looking for a 4th house mate to fill a 3/4 bed room available in clean, tidy, fun house, located just off Whitchurch Road on a beautiful tree lined cul-de-sac from July though later is also acceptable. I am a live in landlord so everything gets done very quickly. The room has very comfy brand new 3/4 bed, a big triple wardrobe and big desk along with lots of shelving. The room is on the first floor and looks over the garden. It has blinds up and lovely comfy carpeted floor. The house has been newly refurbished, 2009, so everything is top of the range and brand new. You will be sharing with 3 current 4th year medical students who are all hard working and tidy. We are a very sociable, easygoing house and enjoy spending time in the kitchen and lounge together. The kitchen has everything you could hope for and the lounge is very comfy.
