A bit about me.... I'm 29 and work for a theatre company. I'm quite busy in the week and go out and about at the weekends. I do like a clean house but I'm not too obsessive! I have a very friendly cat called Richard. I do smoke but only outside. I like cooking, sewing and knitting (how rock and roll!?!), music, theatre and cycling.

I've done the student lifestyle so if you're looking for a homely place that you like to look after then this could be the place you're looking for. I prefer dinner parties, wine and fine food rather than raves (although I'm not adverse to the odd night out)

The flat is really large and the bedrooms are on separate floors so you would have the feel (ish) of your own flat if & when you want your own space. It's a lovely area, the park is great for running and the new gym is just around the corner, with the shops on Albany Road and Wellfield Road a short walk away.
