I have a lovely large double rooms in a spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable Victorian terrace house by the sea. Decorated to a high standard and fully furnished. It is a very friendly house and we all take care of the rooms and shared areas of the house. The room has it's own private shower room just across the landing.

The house has a spacious living room with virgin TV and WiFi throughout the house, a large kitchen with access to a back yard. It has combination boiler gas central heating along with an open fire in the living room. All rooms are fully double glazed. There is plenty of free on road parking directly outside the house.

Centrally located for all town centre shopping/leisure facilities and good transport links to Middlesbrough and Darlington via train and road. With the sea at the end of the street!
