The house has a spacious living room with virgin TV and WiFi, a large kitchen with access to a back yard. It has combination boiler gas central heating along with an open fire in the living room. All rooms are fully double glazed. There is plenty of free on road parking directly outside the house. The room has a TV aerial socket which will take freeview.

Centrally located for all town centre shopping/leisure facilities and good transport links to Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington via train and road. With the sea at the end of the street!
