I have 2 double bedrooms available in my three bedroom house. My aim to to just let one, for the time being. The room currently showing in the photo on here is newly decorated with new carpet etc and has double bed, desk, drawers, hanging space and chair etc.

The second bedroom I am offering to choose from, is larger than the other bedroom and will also be newly decorated and fully furnished. This room will be available from 15 January but could be earlier if required.

A 2 minute walk there is a Morrisons Superstore, A 5 minute walk there is a pub, newsagents, hairdressers, chippy, chemist etc. There is also a lovely Park to the rear of the property which has walks across open fields. Exeter University c. 2 miles, College c. 3 miles, hospital c. 3 miles. City Centre c. 2 miles.

The Lounge, Kitchen, Dining Room and Bathroom are all shared. There is one parking space on the driveway but it's not in a residents parking area, so off road parking is free.

To the rear of the house there is an enclosed garden with terraced decking area and I am just in the process of buying a shed to store bikes/surfboards etc.

I am looking for a Tidy housemate and someone to have a laugh with.

Council Tax, TV Licence, Contents Insurance, Broadband and Sky. gas, electric and water included provided these services are used wisely!!

I have a cat so cat lovers are most welcome x
