I currently have a furnished room available for rent from August 2010 located in Garthdee Drive. The property is a three bedroom (all doubles) with a large rear garden and one parking space to the front (with further one free on street parking also available to the front of the property). The house is a 2 up, 2 down; we are located on the ground floor and have had no issues with the neighbours since moving in last August. In addition to the three bedrooms are a bathroom with fitted shower, lounge and fully fitted kitchen (inc. Washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.)

The nearest bus stop is a mere two minutes walk away (serviced by the number 2 into the city centre).

Rent is £333 pcm due at the start of each month. In addition, monthly bills are approximately £120 which includes gas, electricity, broadband, free evening and weekend calls to UK landlines and the full sky + hd package and council tax.

Both myself and other flatmate are 23 year old males who since graduating from university last year have taken up full time employment as professional engineers in the city.
