You will have access to the phone (free international phonecalls to Europe, Australia and USA), wireless internet, TV with Virgin media and a DVD player, i-pod player in the lounge, an Italian kitchen with all the facilities (your own fridge and your own freezer, ironing board+iron/washing machine and tumble dryer), a breakfast table for 6 people and an Italian bathroom with bathtub and shower, Jacuzzi system and storage space. The house has a nice garden, barbecue area, table with chairs and umbrella and a large bench and a covered area to store outdoor equipment + shed. A trusted cleaner comes in twice a week (also available for ironing and mending at extra cost). Friends can stay overnight (once or twice a month in the spare bedroom). The house is 2/3 minutes from the CO-OP, Boots, Indian and Chinese restaurants, 3 pubs (1 with live music), Blockbusters and various shops. There is a bus stop 1 minute away from the house to take you to the University in less than 10 minutes and there is a sport centre with a park, cycling track and Lido 10 minutes away from the property.

ABOUT YOU: You will need to be a professional or an older student, mature and reliable. A love for music is a must. The cost per calendar month is £500 for a couple (£400 for 1 person) and this includes ALL the utilities, wireless internet and digital tv and the cleaner too!
