One fully furnished double room available from now in a large 5 bedroom house located just off Lewes Road, 10/15 minutes walk to the beach, train station and town centre.
This will be to share with 3 girls and 1 male aged between 23-29.
We are full time workers who work hard during the week but enjoy relaxing and socialising at the weekend either clubbing or just going to a few bars and pubs. We are interested in all sorts of things including going to gigs, comedy nights, going to pubs and clubbing. We often take it in turns to cook for each other in the house, go to the pub every now and then together, or spend a lot of evenings together in the living room watching tv/films/football (if we really have to), however we have our own groups of friends outside the house so do our own thing too.
I am looking for a house mate who is looking for a home, not just a room in a house, who is clean and tidy (not afraid of using a hoover every now and then!), sociable but respects others privacy and not a total party animal.
The house has an opened planned kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and a dryer, a decent sized garden and parking on the street (no permit needed).
The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, desk, shelves and big cabinet in it.
Deposit required is 2 weeks rent and all bills are included in the rent.
References would be required.
