This is a 4 double bedroomed detached house in a fairly quiet village with great links to the motorway network. There is a railway station 5 minutes away and the house is on a regular bus route. Shared space to include lounge with TV, freeview, DVD player, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer. Utility with washing machine and small fridge. Balcony, small garden. The property is 10 years old and has ch, dg and three bathrooms. Main bathroom has toilet, bath, basin, shower; At worst you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.
I am looking for easy going people who will respect others, including neighbours. Although 2 of the sharers smoke, this is confined to one private room in the house or outdoors.
