You are welcome to stay with us.

We offer half board (Breakfast+Diner) Homestay Accommodation (all bills included).

This is ideal for people who would like a family atmosphere.

As your host we provide you a friendly and comfortable family environment (not self-catering).

You would be our guest in our home and you will be treated like a member of the family.

THIS ALSO INCLUDES: - Wireless Internet - personal TV in room - Separate bathroom for lodgers. - Weekly wash of your laundry - Family environment (the mutual special care & consideration).

We are a family of 4. I have 2 small little boys (ages 6 & 8). I am an IT consultant and have my own company and I work from home. I am 49 years old and my wife is 33. My wife is studying at the local University. The family is British though speaks another language too.

This is a large 4 bedroom spacious house very close to city centre (about 15 minuets walk) in a very quiet & exclusive high class area just a couple of minutes walk to Cam. Uni.

You need to contact me directly yourself.

Although you are welcome to visit us in person anytime, preferably in the mornings, but early(i. e. several weeks ahead) reservation/booking (i. e. the deposit & 1months’ rent well in advance & provide 2 references) is advised, photos of our house are available on request, in order to secure the accommodation since so many are applying and we operate on first come first serve.

If you would like to visit us, please give me a quick call a day before as well as 2 hours before you come over.
