I work in Darlington mon-fri and seek a similar professional person to share with, all bills are included except gas and electric which will be shared equally between the household. I`m a reasonably clean person although not completely obsessed by it, and seek a housemate with similar views.
The house benefits from a good sized living room, converted garage (currently being used as a study), sunroom and well equiped kitchen (inc dishwasher). The house has recently undergone modernisation and has been decorated in neutral colours to a good standard.
