We have one good size furnished double room available in a large house living with 3 other working professionals. The house has a large kitchen and a large lounge, one bathroom and one extra toilet. There is also a small patio good for BBQs.

We all work full time so are always coming and going, but all get on - so are looking for a working proffesional (preferably female) who is easy going, tidy and enjoys what Brighton has to offer.

Bills work out at approx £87 per month plus TV licence and water as and when we get the bills. The room can be available from 17th September for an additional £100 otherwise it's available from 25th September. Rent paid monthly in advance
