Annie, Kristin & I (the other housemates) are easy-going full-time workers and are happy to welcome you to the house no matter what your background is!

The property itself is a modern 3-storey, 4-bedroom townhouse with a well-maintained kitchen, lounge, 3 toilets, 1 shower-room, 1 bathroom, garage and garden. Bills are not included in the rent, but we keep these under control and also have Sky TV!

The atmosphere in the house is very laid back and you can expect to feel at home during your time here (the contract is until 30th June 2010, with the option to extend to June 2011)... please let us know if you have any queries - house viewings can be arranged! We look forward to hearing from you!
