Hi, we're looking for a flatmate to share rent.
We live in a groundfloor flat, 10 minutes walk from the University of Dundee campus, and 2 minutes walk from Spar, Nisa etc.
The room is massive and we have a large kitchen/living room which we share.
We're 3rd year students studying law and would prefer a female student if possible to take the room.
Rent is £286/month and the lease runs for a year.
