New house owner has a recently redecorated, fully furnished attic bedroom for rent. Bills included, and for the short term you will have the second floor of the house to yourself. Short term rent with the option to extend at the end of the term would be preferred. I am a hard working teacher new to Sheffield, with interests in film, music, Art & Photography.
I am also in the process of putting a home gym with cardio and weight facilities in the basement, due to be completed in about 2 months, obviously this would be availible to use for anyone renting the room.
