We are a young (in 30's) family with a daughter (born Dec 09) looking for a laid back flatmate.

We are laid back, musical and like to think we are fun. We love going to gigs.

We have a young baby who is chirpy and happy. This shouldn't put you off at all. She sleeps in the night and is quite a sociable baby.

We have a four year old cat.

We are looking for a laid back flatmate that can slob out, chat, have fun, maybe with a glass of wine/cider too. We are quite social people and don't believe having a baby should make us stop having a life too!

The room is a medium size double room furnished with a bed, bedside unit, TV table and a portable TV and freeview. There is a built in single wardrobe with a self.

We can supply bedding and towels.

The price includes all bills, broadband/wifi, council tax, toilet roll etc and a cleaner for the communal areas only. Every bill you can possibly think of excluding food!

We have free on road parking or a parking space can be rented via the council at £2. 40 a week.

We are on a main bus route.

20 Mins bus to town centre or 40 mins walk. 15 mins from Hanover pubs, 30 mins walk to Marina.

We are a non smoking household but have a balcony that smokers can use.

We both work 4-5 days a week, Mon to Fri.
