Looking for community-minded housemates who will clean up after themselves and be tolernet to their fellow tenants.
1 small furnished room is available from October Onwards to replace current tenants of the shared house. The rent is a guideline only as the rooms vary in size and whether or not the tenant choses to have broadband.
Communal facilities include a Bathroom and Downstairs toilet. Lounge/Dining room is furnished with dining table and chairs, 3 piece suite A small colour TV and DVD player (at the moment it's DVDs only as there is no TV licence -am happy to share the fee with a new household, however). The kitchen has a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a gas cooker and a fridge. The utility room/ conservatory has a washing machine, drying area, 2 frezers and a further fridge. A vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are in the cupboard under the stairs.
