Hi there, we are 3 males students all studying Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University! We are aged 19-22 and are interested in sports, music, keeping fit and socialising
We have recently moved into dulcie house on Stepney lane in Newcastle city centre but due to a last minute let down we have one double bedroom available to rent. The rent is £85 a week which does not include bills, which may seem expensive but the flat is a top of the range, fully furnished property with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a brand new hi spec kitchen with breakfast bar leading on to a large lounge! The property has hardwood flooring througout.
