Hi, i'm a student at Bournemouth University about to go in to my second year. I am currently signed in to a contract with 4 other students from the university, however due to a personal issue I will not be able to live in the house next year. The room is large, furnished and well looked after. The guys who are living there are all a good laugh and down to earth people.

The house is large with a good sized kitchen, front room and a garden area to the back. ASDA is a 2 minute walk, as is the train station, and you're only 5 minutes away from the halls if you have friends there... You can also catch buses to uni from outside of the halls.

To get to the bars is a 5/10 minute walk, and to get to the shopping area/highstreet is around 15/20 minutes.. as is the beach. This is a good location where you will have everything you need at your doorstep.
