Hello, I am a 29 year old graduate and now professional, going back out into that big bad world. I have just moved into a large 11 bedroom house, using a letting agency. I am sadly the only one in there at the moment, and thought I would take my house mate fate into my own hands, as I would love some people to join me in there as it is getting a little scary on my own in this huge abode.
This house is amazing, it's 11 bed and I think it used to be a bed and breakfast. the living room is massive as is the kitchen, the bedrooms are all fairly large which is great up to what I have previously looked at with house shares. There are two bathrooms, one shower room and a lone toilet. The garden is a reasonable size and there is even a creepy basement. I love this house and it is in an amazing location at the bottom of Colum road in Cathays, the end nearest to town. Walking to town takes about 10 minutes and there is a Lidl just around the corner. All of this at only £240 a month. Bills are not included and you must be a professional as council tax is involved. However, still a great price for such a house and location.
