Hiya,

I have a large double room to let that is availiable now, in a 3 bedroom house with me and my lovely cat and another professional. AB16 7HR, very close to the Byron shops

The large double room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedding, desk, office chair, storage unit, shelves and a built in wardrobe. Rent is £400 per month (room suitable for a couple, £50 a month more for a couple) with all bills included (gas, electric, tv licence, wifi broadband, sky TV, council tax, free evening and weekend calls to landlines - not other calls made from landline).

The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom with all household appliances, sky tv, wireless internet, a small garden with a patio with a built in bbq and there is plenty of storage space in the loft.
Parking is on the street, but i've never had any problems there. 3 different busses into town stop 50 yards from the front door and if you walk into town it takes roughly 1 hour, driving is 10 to 15 minutes. ARI is about 20 to 30 min walk.
