This is a large 4 bedroom family home in a nice quiet street close to shops and the beach about 5 miles from Bournemouth centre. I live here with my son 18 and daughter 17. We are either at work or at college during the day and are very easy going.
Room 1 has a large bay window overlooking the front garden.
Room 2 has a large bay window over looking the rear garden and a small kitchen area with a sink.
There is a shower and wc downstairs which you will share with the tenant of the other room only.
The kitchen is also downstairs and has table to eat at or you can eat on the patio. You are welcome to use the washing machine for 1 day per week.
Extras: Broadband is £10 per month, couples extra £15 per week.
