I have recently bought a house in Portsmouth, and am looking for a lodger. I am looking for someone to share my home as a housemate style arrangement rather than sharing with someone who spends all of their time in their room.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared living room, dining room and kitchen and the bathroom is downstairs. All has newly been done up and decorated with a new bathroom, laminate flooring etc since I bought the house at the beginning of September. I have sky+ tv, broadband and phone and the price is inclusive of all bills.
I have been a lodger for a year and have really enjoyed the experience. I am reasonably clean and tidy and very laid back to live with, I also tend to work fairly long hours and go away quite regularly at weekends, as a result you would get the place to yourself quite a lot.
All I need is a reference from someone.
