I have a double room available in a good location in Southsea. Room includes built in wardrobes, double bed and chest of drawers. The flat has one bathroom, kitchen and living room and you will be sharing with one other person, me!
My name is Amit. I am a newly qualified dentist and am doing a years training placement in Southsea. I enjoy all sorts from sports, music and movies and the occasional night out!
The rent is £375 per month inclusive of all bills except any extra landline charges that you may incur.
Council parking permit is available via the council if you need a parking spot.
I am looking for someone of similar age and hobbies who will treat the flat with respect and fun to live with!
