Not a party house by any means. Very quiet clean household. Just me, Bentley the dog and a cat. I work most of the time only really in evenings and weekend.
Prefer someone in full time work, trustworthy, clean tidy-the usual really.
Will need a reference off a current employer/landlord just for piece of mind.
