Share house with friendly, flexible, non-smoker owner - 49 year old male professional artist - and sometimes (every other weekend) my 2 friendly, well behaved children.
House is in a quiet street and has a tiny but pleasant garden. It's clean, comfortable and tidy(ish), with plenty of space for your stuff. Wireless internet connection, usual facilities but no dishwasher or drier. 5 min walk to the bay, 20 min walk to town. Easy access to M4 and on-street parking. Close to Taff Trail, so it's a nice bike ride in to town for colleges etc. Near bus stop and train station (Cardiff Bay).
It’s not a student house, but would suit post-grad or professional. I’m sure my previous lodgers would tell you that I’m easy to live with etc.
