I can offer you a double bedroom with single bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small storage cupboard and bookcase. (this room will easily take a double bed so if you wish to bring your own that would be fine and I can remove the single bed into storage).I will need £60 towards all bills, which include GCH, electric, tv licence, wireless bb, sky tv and landline. I am a student so am excempt from council tax, if I take a non-student flatmate they would have to pay the council tax themselves (you get a discount for living with a student though). The whole flat is fully furnished and has two bathrooms and plenty of space, fully equipt kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, livingroom with sky tv and a dinning area which will seat 6, there is also a spacious balcony. It has off street parking and secure entry - and friendly neighbours. It is walking distance to both universities.
I'm a primary teaching student at dundee university and I have a part time job. Ideally my new flatmate would also become my friend. I enjoy going out with friends and going to parties (occasionally throwing them, but not too often). I'm friendly and easy to get on with as long as ur tidy.
