I am located near Kilpeck (HR2 9DS)and have easy access to Hereford, Ross, Monmouth and Abergavenny. This is a three bedroomed detached country cottage. Most modern things are present and can be made available. It is safe for dogs and cats because I am at the end of the gravel road, next to the wood. My house is surrounded by the land of a family member, so there is never any trouble with the neighbours!
The Waldorf school at Much Dewchurch is 4 miles away, if you have children there, or need to get there, this is your ideal place, I think?
There are two rooms available, but if you want the whole house, I might move out, if needs be? My mother lives next door and there is plenty of room to assemble a wooden bungalow, or pitch a mobile home, on her property or mine.
The house has oil fired central heating. There is an open fire place in the one room downstairs and this room is tidy. There is a loo and a sink downstairs and a bathroom and loo upstairs and plenty of long grass and trees outside, if you are out with an urgent need! I am not sure whether I should have put that, but I am just trying to show you that I am not a boring person! There is an electric shower above the bath.
There are supposed to be three bedrooms upstairs, but the one is used as an office and is full of computers and stuff, which could supposedly be cleared by myself, if needs be!
I have to remain on site, as it were because of my mortgage, but if required I can always move to the caravan!
