The flat is nicely furnished with a large lounge, bathroom and separate kitchen - off road parking space and shed available.

Rent and utility bills are £500pcm (this also includes council tax, wifi internet and Sky HD!).

There will be upfront expenses of circa £500 for refundable landlords deposit and admin fees for credit check.
