Large double bedroom and reasonable sized office available in a nice recently refurbished 3 bedroom house in the Oldfield Park area of Bath. Very close to local shopping area with supermarkets and many other shops. Also very near to many bus stops and the Oldfield Park railway station. 15 minutes walk away from Bath city centre. It is a quiet area with a real community feel, and lovely neighbours.
I am a Maths masters student at Bath University. I am a quiet, friendly housemate with a lovely dog (who is not messy/smelly at all!), and I am quite a good cook.
I use one bedroom and have a study (ie. the same as is being offered) and the kitchen (with good fridge/cooker/washing machine), large living room and bathroom (with bath and shower) are shared. There is a good sized garden at the back of the house, and parking is not a problem on the road outside the house.
Small pets are fine, but no dogs please (one is enough!).
