We've got one large, furnished double bedroom available for rent from 7th March. We're on the third floor of a beautiful mansion block, with free parking and a lovely private garden. It's only 5 mins away from Chiswick overground (Vauxhall in 20 mins, Waterloo in 25) and a short bus ride away from Chiswick High St, Gunnersbury and Turnham Green tube stations.
We've lived in the flat for 5 years - we're pretty easy going and are just looking for a nice person to move in with us! As long as you're considerate and fun we don't mind!
In addition to the security deposit, there is a fee of £120 payable to the Estate Agents for the change in tenancy.
All bills are included in the rent.
