The house is a terraced house with on street parking. It is a large room on the ground floor and fully furnished. There is a bathroom with a hower over the bath. The kithcen is fully fitted. There is a spare single room that is not for renting out so can be used for storage ot for visiting friends and family. We are lookig for a flatemate so the rent is lower for us as we are currently splittig the third room rent. Bills will cost roughly £40 per person per month. Both of us are relatively tidy and do not make excessive noise.
