I have a double furnished room to rent in a lovely first floor flat in Canton. A few minutes walk from Cowbridge Road and a 15 minute walk from the city centre.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large lounge, kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and bathroom. It also has a patio court yard area with outside storage and plenty of on street permit and non permit parking.
After my previous flatmate of 4 years is moved out into her own place I have had a new flatmate who is moving location due to work. I'm looking for an easy going, professional, female flatmate who is looking for a homely place to live (and who doesn't mind a cat living in the flat too).
