I am looking for a new flatmate in a fully furnished, clean, freshly decorated and spacious 2 double bedroom flat. Current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

I am an out-going, friendly, female (25). I am house-proud and would like someone who respects sharing responsibility for cleaning, etc.

Flat includes: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, power shower, wireless internet, front & rear gardens.

The flat is in a quiet area and parking is never a problem there (see photo). The flat is ~ 10 mins walk from Aberdeen Uni and ~ 30 mins walk to city centre. There is also a bus stop outside. Dyce and West End are withing 15 minutes' drive of the flat.

Flat location is misleading. Flat must be seen.

No couples. Professional or mature student preferred.
