I have a single room available for rent. You will be sharing with myself, a 25 yr old professional. As you will see from the picture, the room isn't HUGE, but cosy, hence only £380.

The rent of £380 includes all utilities, council tax, cable TV and wireless broadband. The flat is comprised of a warm living room, bath/shower with W/C and the basics; washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge.

The flat is located very close to a 24 hour Tesco store and is less than 5 minutes away (walking) from bus stops and trains/trams that will take you to Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham, Catford and into London Bridge and Charing Cross.

There are restaurants nearby, as well as a cinema, stores and banks on the High Street, 5 minutes by bus in the Beckenham area.

About me:

I'm a 25 year old Bureau Account Manager for an Energy Consultancy company. Work is literally 2 mins away by foot so I'm never far from home. It gives me more time to keep the flat in a good, clean condition.

I am very friendly but will give you more than enough space and privacy so I adapt to personalities just fine.

I'm not a drinker or smoker and I have no pets. I love films... have a HUGE collection and music (I'm a producer/song-writer) but I use headphones so you won't have to worry about music blasting :o)

Ideal Flatmate:

I'm not fussed about age, gender, religious beliefs or race... However, I won't have any smoking indoors and drinking can't be excessive either.

Cleanliness (including hygiene) and order is a must! I'm not a 'neat-freak' but I need someone who will treat the place like home.

Having friends/family round is fine as long as it's not a case of someone staying on the sofa for a few nights and being around when neither of us are present. I am renting to YOU, no one else.

Also, because of my allergies, no pets please... sorry lol

Apart from those things, I'm pretty laid back with a great sense of humour.. never really serious. If that sounds acceptable to you, please contact me for viewings.
