If you love the buzz of being in the centre of Brighton and don't want to pay a lot for it, this is the flat for you.

I have just replaced one flatmate who got a great job out of town and now another who is moving for love at the end of September.

The rooms are properly large double rooms, not just a small room with a double bed in it!

I'm a chilled out guy by nature and interested in smelling the flowers and enjoying all creative things, yet, somehow life gets pretty busy. So having a home with interesting but calm and independent people makes all the difference. (btw I am straight & 30-something and my existing flatmate is similar)

Please note that I am looking for a long-term flatmate, not a student.

The flat is unsuitable for foreign students in particular. I spend time with them all day at work and need to have some refuge at home. Sorry!
